Re: Parking charge from UKPC post Beavis

I am new to all these. So please forgive me for raising the questions.

I will be logging into POPLA website and appeal by copying and pasting what you have written for me.

Thank you once again. Will keep you posted about the outcome.

Re: Parking charge from UKPC post Beavis

there are 4 reasons to choose from for the reasons of appeals on the POPLA website:
        1. My vehicle was stolen
        2. I was not improperly parked
3.The amount requested in the parking charge notice is incorrect
4.I was not the driver or alleged registered keeper at the time of the alleged improper parking

I am assuming that I should select either reason 2 or 3 - but which one - could you please advise ....?

        Thank you.

There should be an option for "other" ?

sorry - missed that one - I will select other.

do I also need to upload the photo I took about the UKPC signage (display) at the car park ?

Re: Parking charge from UKPC post Beavis

submitted the appeal to POPLA using your rtf file.

Thought I also uploaded the photo regarding the signage/display at the car park but then subsequently (after the submission) realised I just uploaded a copy of the notice to keeper by mistake.

hope this is not going to ruin my defence/appeal ...

now just need to keep my fingers crossed - and wait and see ...!

                  Thanks again for your help.

Hi mystery1, hoped you maybe about to help. I have a similar if not identical situation as above. Would this appeal still work now. Identical signs plus very very well hidden entrance signage.

                            Thanks in advance
